About Us
Compassionate Support. Greater Independence.
We believe everyone deserves to feel supported, respected and empowered to live life to the fullest.
Based in North Bay Ontario, AbleWay was created to help seniors, adults with disabilities and family caregivers navigate everyday life with greater confidence and peace of mind. We understand that everyone has unique needs, personal goals, and circumstances, which is why we strive to provide support that is respectful, dependable and tailored to each individual.
Our services focus on promoting independence, encouraging community participation and making everyday life a little easier. Whether it's companionship, household assistance, help with errands or participating in community activities, we're here to provide a helping hand when it's needed most.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance quality of life by providing compassionate, reliable non-medical support that encourages independence, fosters meaningful connections and helps individuals remain active and engaged in their communities.
Our Values
Dignity and Respect: We treat every individual with compassion, understanding and respect for their choices.
Independence: We encourage individuals to maintain their abilities, make their own decisions and participate in everyday life.
Compassion: We approach every interaction with kindness, patience and genuine care.
Reliability: We strive to provide consistent, dependable support that clients and families can feel confident in.
Inclusion: We believe everyone deserves opportunities to participate in their community and experience meaningful social connections.
Supporting Individuals. Supporting Families.
We recognize that when someone needs additional support, the entire family can be affected. AbleWay aims to ease some of that pressure by helping with everyday tasks, providing companionship and giving family caregivers an opportunity to take a break when needed.
Our goal is to build positive, trusting relationships while helping people feel more comfortable, connected and supported in their daily lives.
Our Service Commitment
AbleWay Support Services provides non-medical support only. Our services may include companionship, light household assistance, errands, community participation and other agreed-upon non-medical supports.
Personal care, medication administration, nursing, and other medical services are not offered.
We are committed to working within our service scope and helping clients and families understand what support we can provide.
At AbleWay, we're here to make everyday life more manageable, encourage independence and help people feel supported every step of the way.
